North West Employers has a long history of evolving to support the changing needs of local government and more recently the wider public sector. We know we need to continue to support the North West public sector to effectively deliver public services through having the talented and skilled workforce which is able to meet the demands brought by budget restraints and the Public Sector Reform Agenda.

With this in mind we have now shaped up our priorities for the next two years:

  • Supporting Effective Public Services
  • Supporting Organisations building growth through Capacity and Skills
  • Sharing Knowledge and Connecting across the Public Sector

This newsletter gives you a taste of some of the work we have, and are, doing to support these priorities but we'd love to hear what you think is needed.
