This course will give participants an invaluable opportunity to discuss, share and learn the tools and techniques which will assist with the effective management of attendance in the workplace. With many organisations now focusing on reducing costs, managers are tasked with carrying out thorough attendance management procedures to support those on long term sickness absence, encourage return to work as soon as is practicable and safe, and reduce non-genuine absence.
