Event details: This workshop is aimed at qualified practitioners of MBTI (although, it will still be applicable to those awaiting results of Step 1). It aims to build upon the team applications of MBTI covered in the Step 1 programme. It will provide examples and exercises to use with teams to explore conflict, communications , decision-making and problem solving as well as the opportunity to discuss and pick up tips on contracting, ethical and practical issues.
