Updating your CV on a regular basis is always wise. In these difficult times it is vital that we all have an up- to- date, well constructed and relevant CV to be able to sell ourselves effectively by showcasing our skills and experience.

Once you have constructed your own high impact CV you will be able to tailor it when applying to a range of jobs or internal promotions. The information in your CV will be a rich source of information to help you to complete application forms quickly and professionally.
