Managing Personal Stress

  • Category: Personal/Core Skills
  • Date: No current presentations

It would seem that the only thing that is stable at present is change. The last 20 years have been decades of truly continuous change that transformed both our work and personal lives. The changes that rocked our governments, organisations and families were nothing short of revolutionary.

The fallout from this has been devastating, increased workloads with deceased resources, job insecurity and redundancy, decreased career opportunities, loss of the joy of work (and sometimes life itself) and a general feeling of a lack of control.

A new philosophy is needed. We need skills, abilities and attitudes that are remarkably different that have served us so well over the past 20 years. This course can help.
