Event details: The course will include discussions around the importance of promoting managing attendance, the key stages of effective interviews including purpose, preparation, during the interview and afterwards. You will have considered why Return to Work Interviews are key to the managing attendance process and talked about possible barriers to effective communication and ways to overcome them as well as the impact of your communication style. You will also have looked into the importance of listening and have chance to put theory into practice.
Who should attend: This course is designed for anyone who is new to conducting Return to Work Interviews or has limited experience and would like to concentrate on the interpersonal skills required to conduct an effective Return to Work interview.
