In today's economic climate many organisations are restructuring, leading to changing roles for staff and requiring them to begin the job search process. Some of these staff may not have been involved in the selection process for some time and many will be feeling vulnerable and unsure how to approach the process. This workshop is therefore designed for any members of staff who will shortly be applying for new roles, either within the organisation or elsewhere.
