Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a proven method for engaging people in creating and sustaining change. It is based on a simple methodology, is founded on robust theory and research and has produced inspiring results over the last 25 years in its application across numerous topics in many organisations and sectors across the globe.
The current challenge for public sector organisations to engage with their communities requires an approach that is inclusive of all stakeholders, that can deal positively with diversity and engender a spirit of collaboration in creating the future. AI offers an approach that has proven effective in this kind of work.
