Event details: Have you ever considered becoming a mentor but felt you didn't have the right skills to carry out this role?
This course will give you the confidence and opportunity to consider the role and skills of a mentor in getting the best out of people. It will look at the mentoring context, prepare mentors for their role, assist in building rapport and relationships, help you understand how people learn and overcome barriers to learning and measuring success.
Further details: If you would like to become a mentor then this course is for you and will provide a defined formalised process to ensure a successful relationship.
