Event details: How can NLP help you in your role as a councillor? Well NLP explores the relationships between how you think (neuro), how you communicate (linguistic) and your patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes). With this in mind this course can assist you in your communication to gain a powerful insight into how people think and feel, in ways that promote understanding, tolerance, rapport and excellence in communications. You will also become more aware of your impact on others and how to manage your behaviour for optimal results.
