This is an essential course for those whose HR organisation is moving to that of a Business Partner model, or for those people who consider it might. In addition it is one of the very few courses available for HR and associated professionals to find out, in realistic terms, how the business partner model can be put to practical use.

The course tutor is Dr Jane Yarnall, who has written a book on the subject, and it is delivered under the auspices of the Institute for Employment Studies (http://www.employment-studies.co.uk/main/index.php).
