With the continued pressure on public spending, the local government sector is facing up to perhaps its most challenging time yet, with job cuts to meet their efficiency targets. North West Employers and Eversheds will be hosting a 'mock tribunal' to help delegates better understand employment tribunal practice and procedure. The mock tribunal will consider a case relevant to today's climate such as unfair dismissal and/or unlawful discrimination in the context of a sickness absence or redundancy dismissal.
