Event details: this two day course will look to formalise an approach to consulting and examine the contracting stage within consultancy and provide a framework. It will cover each stage of the consultancy cycle and the difficulties involved in consulting and how to disengage from a contract. You will identify your personal style as a consultant and clarify boundaries to consultancy support.
You will also explore and practice possible consultancy tools and techniques in relation to workforce planning.
