This conference will focus on maintaining HR services to schools in a tightening economic climate. The aim is to equip HR managers for current and future challenges relating to educational improvement by providing them with information on the latest developments in pay, policy and employment law.
With a new government and education and employment law continually developing and evolving, schools will continue to be demanding customers looking for fit for purpose solutions to HR dilemmas to meet the challenges ahead. The emphasis will be on practical approaches to the implementation of policies and procedures in a changing environment.
