Event details: In recent years, the path to successful recruitment and selection has become littered with potential legal pitfalls. This course provides an overview of recent discrimination and other legislation, in particular the recent Age Discrimination Regulations, and how this impacts on the recruitment and selection process. A wealth of practical information will be presented in an informal and interactive manner, focusing on such areas as the importance of the Person Specification, how to shortlist, and devising interview questions.
