With the pace of change in local government at the moment managers need to be equipped with the skills to support their staff through the change process. This one day event will look at the skills and approaches required.
By the end of the programme, delegates will be able to:
- Analyse the impact of potential changes
- Create an environment in which staff will be responsive to change.
- Identify and apply appropriate techniques and approaches to motivate teams and individual staff members
- Help staff to manage the affects of change
