Event details: Does becoming more influential mean becoming an expert in manipulating situations to get what you want?
This question creates tension for many people who want to increase their ability to influence but do not want to leave the other person feeling manipulated. In organisational life we tend to be trying to persuade or negotiate with the same people over and over again. If someone feels as though they have been out manoeuvred, coerced or tricked in the past the trust in that relationship will diminish. This two day programme will explore the true nature of influence and impact and through a series of exercises and feedback enable participants to develop a plan to become more influential.
