Making presentations that have impact and can influence others positively is a key part of the role of many senior and middle managers in local government and yet, it is an area in which many managers still feel less than confident.
One of the reasons for this is that training in presentations is often given quite early in a manager's career and little attention is paid after that - it is assumed that practice and experience in presenting will suffice.
This is the reason we have developed the Beyond Presentations workshop.
