Event details: Coaching is one of the most powerful development tools available to the public sector it can make a difference by engaging with employees, raising responsibility and awareness and developing potential and performance - vital behaviours for a workforce in these challenging times.

This course provides participants with the opportunity to explore the benefits of coaching in their workplace, understand the fundamental principles and skills of coaching and to start practicing those skills. This course provides starting point for all those interested in coaching and keen to develop their skills. It will also provide a taster for those people interested in signing up to the Postgraduate Diploma In Coaching, also offered by North West Employers.
