Event details: The fourth learning exchange session around coaching, this event will to bring together like minded people to share their thoughts and practice from across the region. The focus of this event is developing and building strong contracting within coaching, at both a personal and organisational level. We invite practicing coaches and those managing their organisational coaching strategy to come together to explore practice, discuss real examples and help formulate a framework for effective coaching contracts.
Further details: The knowledge exchange session will focus on how, as practicing coaches, we develop and build strong contracts within our coaching relationships, at both a personal and organisational level. We will look at contracting from the perspective of those present, to examine the relationships that exists within any coaching relationship and surrounding organisational infrastructure i.e. coach, coachee, sponsor/manage and organisation as well as explore who else might be in the equation. In addition, we will identify the various elements required including practical issues, personal/professional issues and relationship issues in order to produce a generic template or skeleton contract for one or more of the relationships or as a good practice example to evaluate your current working contracts. Coming prepared with examples or thoughts of your current contracts would be very useful in supporting discussions.
