  • To provide practical hints and tips for use in work situations.

Further details: Specific Objectives: Upon completion of the course participants will be able to:

  • Identify the key factors in influencing situations and people at work 
  • Describe two influencing strategies and how they can be applied at work 
  • Demonstrate three techniques for managing/influencing communication 
  • Complete a personal action plan to transfer learning to their current workplace.
