The programme is a certificated course through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and will provide delegates with basic management knowledge and skills. It will include progressive development activities, which will enable the delegates to demonstrate improvements in their performance. Once the delegates have attended all the modules and completed the project work they will have achieved an award equal to the Introductory Management Award.

Course Method:
The programme is structured to allow participants to develop their skills through a participative approach using group discussion, syndicate work, practical exercises and formal input designed to reflect situations relevant to managers.
