Event details: Developing the coaching skills of senior managers and leaders is vital in supporting individual and organisational growth as we move forward through a turbulent economic climate and changing political landscape.
This five day ‘Kite Marked' programme will provide an introduction to the theory and practice of coaching and a secure foundation for attendees to commence coaching in their work setting. It will cover key coaching concepts and models, professional and ethical issues relevant to coaching in the work setting and you will develop confidence and an experience of coaching. This course is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at Foundation Level 3.
Further details: The design of the programme includes a significant amount of coaching practice to enable participants to develop their skills but it also provides opportunities to be coached, offering valuable support to work through personal leadership issues and challenges. The feedback and learning from these sessions is often the most significant part of the programme for many as it leads to personal insights and discovery.
