Event details: Enhance your skills as a facilitator in working with groups. This course will explain group processes, participative training methods and facilitating groups.
Further details: On the course you will identify the stages of group development and be aware of the implications for training whilst managing the process of group development. There will be a wide range of participative training methods to choose from and you will learn to plan and use them effectively. You will also identify key skills required as a facilitator and have had the opportunity to practice those skills in a safe setting.
Methods: A combination of theoretical input and group exercises will provide opportunities for participants to discover new ways to deal with groups and enhance the learning for individuals within groups.
Who should attend: Anyone wishing to develop their skills when working with groups.
