Event details: This two day course will enable participants to understand what it means to be truly learning and learner centred, by focusing not only on the 'outward' skills and techniques a trainer needs, but also on the 'inner game', where beliefs, values and emotions wield their powerful influences. By the end of the workshop delegates will discover how the techniques and skills of top trainers can work for everyone, explore a proven and easy to use format for organising and delivering learning, and design and evaluate learning outcomes more precisely and more effectively. There will also be an opportunity to communicate to groups at different 'psychological levels', learn how to broaden and improve presentational skills, and consider strategies for turning difficult situations to their advantage.
