Evaluation Toolkit - Making a Difference

With funding from the North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (NWIEP) we have a booklet containing case studies from the six successful Level 2 authorities in 2009. There are first-hand accounts from councillors and officers along with their key learning points. This is an excellent resource and all authorities considering going for Level 2 are encouraged to follow the link below.
