Charter Standards and Process

In these pages we have outlined the Charter Standards at Level 1 and Level 2 and explained in more detail the process for applying and achieving the Charter at both levels.

In addition, we have provided a number of useful documents which are intended to help and support authorities.There is also a handy table which gives you the overall picture of Charter achievements in the region to date.

Deadline for 2012 Assessments
If you would like to be assessed in 2012, or you are due to be reviewed, then you have up until Friday 31 August 2012 for your assessment to take place.

If you would like to proceed with either Level 1 and Level 1 Review then please let us know as soon as possible. If you are interested in completing Level 2 then please notify us by end of June 2012.
