We believe coaching is central to improving organisational performance and a vital part of our approach moving forward. It is one of the most powerful development tools available to the public sector. We champion integrating coaching within organisations.
Coaching is not just about running skills courses - it's about a radical shift in how people view their roles and responsibilities and how they treat each other.
We believe that coaching can make a difference by engaging with employees, raising responsibility and awareness and developing potential and performance - vital behaviours for a workforce in these challenging times.
Our role in the region is at a number of different levels:
Coaching can take place at many levels including individual coaching sessions to team coaching and developing an organisational approach. The following links provide you with information and support to take forward your own coaching agenda.
We also provide a range of coaching programmes and services. We are happy to offer these services in-house or on a sub-regional basis as well as on our regional calendar of courses and events.
