360 Degree Feedback

Any improvement journey starts with a good picture of the current situation and individual performance improvement is no different.

Quality feedback is an essential part of the journey and increasingly people recognise the value of this and are using the

360 degree process to help identify their current strengths and development needs.

Essentially, 360 degree assessment asks a series of questions about an individual. People are asked to give a rating on how they see that person perform in specific areas.

There are a variety of different 360 degree questionnaires available and an important first step is to find one that fits your role and gathers feedback on the areas of interest to you. In addition, it is vital that any feedback is supported by a sound and confidential process. The process leads to a clear personal development plan to take you forward.
