Over the last few years, Neighbourhoods NW and North West Employers have founded a strong working relationship. Part of this on-going partnership is the Working in Neighbourhoods for Councillors modular programme. Accredited at Level 2 by NCFE.
This programme offers councillors the opportunity to gain a stronger understanding of the challenges and issues that face different groups in communities on a daily basis, a better understanding of your role within your community and how it relates to other organisations, as well as a range of skills necessary to organise your work, engage with your community and develop your role.
