A workshop for lead Cabinet members and Heads of Human Resources interested in exploring the opportunities, challenges and risks associated with new forms of externalisation.

On the day you will:

  • Hear from Employment Law and Procurement experts who will provide a realistic appraisal of the opportunities, challenges and risks associated with this type of enterprise;
  • Hear an example of how this can work well;
