North West Employers is delighted to announce the exciting development of Epaycheck; a new national online public sector pay benchmarking service.  

Epaycheck is a web based repository of pay data provided by participating full member local authorities and joint boards, which in turn allows them to benchmark pay and jobs across a wide range of criteria via the epaycheck databank. The new service has been developed by a group of regional employers organisations as part of a wider drive for public sector efficiency savings; with each regional organisation providing the front line support to the end users in their locality.

Epaycheck is a subscription based service, but full member councils and joint boards who sign up before 31 July 2012 will be offered the service free until 31 March 2014.

The cost of epaycheck for non full member authroities and joint boards and other public sector organisations will be a flat rate of £1,200 per annum across all 3 years.
