Sub-regional HR Meetings   

North West Employers supports and attends a number of meetings of senior HR managers in the region, namely:-

• AGMA (Association of Greater Manchester Authorities) Strategic Heads of HR
• Cumbria HR Managers
• Lancashire Strategic HR Managers Group
• Merseyside Heads of HR

North West Personnel (NWP) Standing Committee (Schools Network)
The NWP Standing Committee comprises representatives of local authorities which have responsibility for school human resource functions.

The meetings take place 3 or 4 times a year hosted by individual authorities covering agenda issues such as:

• National Employers Briefing (NEOST)
• Job Evaluation update
• Policy Development
• North West update
