Mediation Service

A comprehensive mediation service is available to address the breakdown of working relationships at a personal or team level.

This involves an appointed mediator acting as an impartial third party. The mediator has no power to impose a settlement and all discussions with those involved are confidential.

A mediation skills course  is available for authority staff to develop skills as potential mediators.
