Self Assess Your Progress

Workforce Net is an online tool that is available for all member authorities to plan and review their progress against the workforce planning framework.

There are three key functions of the tool:

  • Self Assessment - within each of the key steps there are criteria descriptions to guide a clear evaluation of completed and outstanding elements
  • Action Planning - online planning and reporting function using a traffic light rating against all criteria, helps to focus on achievements and prioritise activity
  • Help and Guidance - each criterion has a description of the type of evidence that would highlight levels of achievement and there are examples of good practice, resources and links to national/local websites, all designed to help your organisation tackle outstanding areas

Over the coming months we will continue to populate and improve the ‘Help' section of the tool with further examples of good practice.
