Building on the success of our Life as a Councillor induction, Councillor+ offers a deeper dive into the diverse responsibilities of local government, helping Councillors grow into the most effective and confident leaders they can be.

Delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams and supported by our interactive Basecamp portal, this engaging, module-based experience combines practical insights, collaborative learning, and space for reflection.
