This 2-hour remote masterclass will help your council make the best of the tool already available. Led by Heather Murray or Nick Crawford from AI for Non Techies, this session is designed so you’ll walk away not just with awareness but with practical know-how, able to use Copilot confidently, understand where it adds the most value (and where it might not), and ready to help your service or team adopt it.

Learn how to use Microsoft Copilot’s full set of tools – including the new agents and deeper app-integration – to boost your productivity, streamline how you work and embed AI into your team’s workflows. Perfect for public sector employees who have been issued a full M365 licence, but still very useful if you’re using the Chat version of Copilot and want to get more value from it.
