Our sector faces considerable challenges which people professionals will be key to supporting and resolving going forward. To support HR and organisational development professionals to build the skills they will require in this space, we are offering three development modules that will build your skills within the key areas we know will be called upon to support our organisations going forward. These modules include Evidence Based Practice Within OD, Ensuring Resilient and Sustainable Organisations, and AI Adoption within Organisational Design. We would like to invite you to join us and other regional colleagues to build the necessary skills and knowledge to help our organisations meet the challenges we face going forward.

Programme Content
- Gain clarity on what a Sustainable Organisation looks like and how it behaves
- Improve their understanding of where and how their Organisation compares to this
- Discuss – “Sustainable People = Sustainable Organisation?”
- Highlight the Importance of Systems Leadership
- Specify their next steps on what they need to do as OD Professionals to enable their Organisation to improve its Sustainability and Resilience
This session will draw upon and refer to a suit of Change frameworks to clarify the current approaches to Adaptability and Agility within their Organisations. Clarifying how your Organisation approaches and delivers Change is a precursor to understanding how Sustainable and Resilient your Organisation is.
We will build upon the Change theme and that “Change is Constant” by exploring the VUCA and VUCA Prime Framework and highlighting the four Leadership Capabilities and five Peak Performance Skills that Resilient Leaders and People need to enable a Sustainable Organisation.
A “Golden Thread” of this session will be the seven dimensions of ‘The Resilience Wheel’ that can be applied individually and at a team, leadership and organisational level to benchmark themselves and their leadership/organisation against and have key actionable takeaways to make improvements to the sustainability of their organisations.
