Organisational Development Practitioner Essentials Programme

ODPE is a unique virtual programme that supports people professionals who want to help their organisations to evolve, thrive and ensure sustainability in today’s changing and complex world. This is one of our flagship programmes that has been greatly enhanced for 2025 to account for the challenges we face as a sector.

There are now three new modules focusing on artificial intelligence within organisational design, evidence-based practice and how to ensure a sustainable and resilient organisation through complex change. These developments have been informed by our conversations with members from across the North West so we are confident it will meet the needs of people professionals within the region.

Our sector continues to face significant challenges, meaning we have to reimagine how we deliver effective public services, and Local Government Reorganisation, Devolution and the adoption of artificial Intelligence are also set to add further complexity to our sector over the coming years.
