Organisational Development Practitioner Essentials Programme

The Organisational Development Practitioner Essentials (ODPE) Programme is a virtual development programme designed for people professionals working in or moving into OD roles. It equips participants with the skills, tools and confidence needed to support organisational transformation across local government. The programme focuses on systemic leadership, evidence‑based practice, sustainable organisational design, AI integration, and real‑world application through a live OD project with a North West Local Authority. Delegates also gain access to a supportive learning community, expert facilitators, and an OD alumni network. The programme begins in May 2026 and runs through a series of interactive online modules to November, delegates must attend all dates.
