This programme has been designed to develop well-rounded, confident and capable business professionals who can effectively manage administrative and service delivery responsibilities whilst building their leadership and project management capabilities.

Why this apprenticeship matters

This Level 6 apprenticeship and ILM Level 7 Certificate will provide local authorities and ALEOs and NHS Trusts with the capability to redesign services around user/resident needs while improving efficiency, accessibility and organisational resilience.

Level 6 Service Designer Apprenticeship

The Level 6 Service Designer Apprenticeship develops professionals who can redesign and improve services to meet the needs of residents, customers, employees and stakeholders.

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, this apprenticeship combines practical workplace learning with industry-recognised service design methodologies to help organisations deliver more effective, accessible and user-centred services.

Designed for both public and private sector organisations, the programme equips apprentices with the skills to:

• improve customer and resident experiences
• streamline complex processes
• lead and direct digital transformation
• and create sustainable service improvements whilst maximising social value impact.

ILM Level 7 Certificate Strategic leadership & Management

The ILM Level 7 Certificate Strategic leadership & Management is aimed at senior managers, leaders, and professionals operating at a strategic level who want to enhance their leadership, management, or coaching expertise.
The qualification is internationally recognised and demonstrates advanced professional capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead transformational change.
