Collaborative Masterclasses
Developing Leaders Across the North West, Collaborative Masterclasses bring together expertise from across sectors to inspire and connect leaders in the North West. These virtual sessions are free to members of six partner organisations and offer a unique opportunity to learn from expert speakers, share knowledge, and explore innovative approaches to leadership. Designed around themes of Innovation, Transformation, and Connection, the masterclasses create a space for collaboration and fresh thinking that drives positive change across the region.
Tri- Sector Challenge
Now in its fourth year, the North West Tri-Sector Challenge brings together aspiring leaders from across a range of different public sectors for a powerful, hands-on leadership experience.
Expertly facilitated in partnership with Rich Wills Training Associates, throughout the day, participants will step into senior leadership roles and work in cross-sector teams to tackle complex organisational challenges. From setting strategic priorities and managing politically sensitive issues to delivering high-quality public services under pressure, teams will need to think fast, act collaboratively, and stay focused on real-world outcomes.
As we continue to navigate an unpredictable and evolving landscape, the Tri-Sector Challenge offers a unique opportunity to build leadership confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and prepare for the demands of tomorrow’s public service leadership.
Elected Member Development
