North West Employers Announces New Partnership with Castlefield Recruitment

North West Employers is pleased to announce a new partnership with Castlefield Recruitment to deliver a seamless, end to end recruitment and assessment service for our member organisations.
The partnership brings together our longstanding expertise in supporting elected members and senior leaders with Castlefield’s specialist executive search and selection capability. Together, we will provide a high quality, transparent and robust process for senior and executive appointments across the region.
Our joint offer includes:
- Briefing for Elected Members on the Appointment Committee
- Support throughout the Member led Appointment Committee process
- Longlisting and shortlisting support, including interview panel facilitation
- Psychometric testing options
- Assessment Centre design and delivery
The service launched at our Annual Conference in March, where we also unveiled our new microsite and dual branded brochure.
Together, we are able to provide a seamless, end to end recruitment and assessment service specifically designed for senior roles in Local Government.
