This programme, based on the principles of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and led by Russell Treasure, introduces mindfulness as a practical tool to enhance wellbeing and performance in both workplace and educational settings. Mindfulness encourages present-moment awareness and acceptance, helping individuals manage stress, improve focus, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
